International Picnic Rules:
- Place
of picnic is always chosen by the kids
- Friends
invited by kid only, adults not allowed to invite others
- NO
ALCOHOL on any picnic ever
- Adults
have to eat the same as the kids
- All
games chosen by kids
- No
swearing allowed
- No
shouting allowed (apart from part of a game)
- The
weather should not interfere with an announced picnic
- Kids
should be allowed to be kids
- Adults
should act like kids
- If
you are not willing to have fun, or get wet, do not organise a picnic
- When
asked in the car, ‘are we there yet?’ the answer is always ‘nearly’
- A
picnic is only over when the kids say so and not before
- No
knives and forks allowed at a picnic
- Health
and safety rule do not apply on a picnic
- Parents
are allowed to take part in a picnic game only if the kids say they are
allowed
- Where
practicable Ice Cream, chocolate and sweet’s should be eaten before cakes
and crisps, always eat sandwich’s last and only if you are still hungry.
- Sandwich’s should only be taken on a picnic as food to feed the ducks.
- Fruit is optional
